As our Customer Service Agent you do everything possible to give the customer a positive experience, even when something goes wrong. You are the calm, proactive point of contact that keeps logistics running smoothly for brands across Europe.
What you'll do
- Handle customer inquiries and support day to day
- Resolve issues and concerns quickly and calmly
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Take initiative wherever it helps the customer
What you bring
- A hands-on mentality and strong problem-solving instinct
- Fluent Dutch and English (German and/or French a plus)
- Clear, warm communication skills
- The ability to use friendliness and a little humour to get things done
