What does Kolibri Logistics do?
We're a European market-entry partner and 3PL for non-EU brands. We handle seafreight and airfreight, EU VAT and customs, warehousing and B2C and B2B fulfilment from one hub near Rotterdam, so you can sell across Europe without setting up a European operation yourself.
Do I need an EU company or VAT number to sell in Europe?
You don't need a local company, but you do need an EU VAT registration and an EORI number to import and sell. We help you get set up and can hold your stock under a Dutch import-VAT deferment (Article 23). See our EU compliance guide.
Where is Kolibri Logistics based?
In Waddinxveen, near Rotterdam, Europe's largest seaport and a fast road gateway to Germany, France, the Benelux and the wider EU.
