Clear the EU border, without surprises
Import declarations, EORI, HS classification and deferment, handled at your point of arrival, so goods enter free circulation the moment they land.
Import into the EU
Your declaration, handled end to end
Every shipment entering the EU has to be declared. For a brand based outside the Union that means an import declaration for each consignment, a valid EORI number to file it under, the correct HS classification to set the duty rate, and the funds or a facility to cover the import VAT and duties due. Get one of those wrong and the goods sit at the border.
We handle the declaration from start to finish. We register you for an EORI, classify your products to the right commodity codes, calculate duties and import VAT up front so there are no surprises, and lodge the declaration so your container clears into free circulation the moment it lands.
For sellers with no EU establishment we can act as your fiscal representative, which lets you import under a Dutch VAT number and use the Article 23 deferment licence. Instead of paying import VAT in cash at the border and reclaiming it months later, the VAT is deferred to your periodic return, a cash-flow swing that matters on every container.
Customs never works in isolation. We line it up with your freight arrival and your VAT filings, so the same team that books the vessel clears the goods and reports the numbers: one thread, one landed cost.

How it works
From arrival to free circulation
Set up once; every shipment after that clears on the same rails.
-
01
Register & classify
We set up your EORI and classify each product to the correct HS commodity code.
-
02
Cost it up front
Duties and import VAT are calculated before arrival, so the landed cost holds no surprises.
-
03
Declare at arrival
The declaration is lodged so the container clears into free circulation as it lands.
-
04
Defer & reconcile
Import VAT is deferred under Article 23 and reconciled with your periodic return.

Cleared at arrival
Goods enter the EU without delays
Because clearance is prepared before the vessel arrives, there is no gap between the box hitting the terminal and it moving to our dock. That keeps demurrage and detention off your invoice and stock moving into pick-and-pack the same day.
Once goods are in free circulation they can move freely across all 27 EU markets, no further border formalities as they ship to customers in Germany, France, Spain or anywhere else on the continent. You import once and sell everywhere.
We keep the paperwork audit-ready: classifications, valuations, declarations and deferment records are documented and retrievable, so a query from customs or the tax office is answered in minutes, not days.

FAQ
Customs questions
What do I need to clear goods into the EU?
An EORI number, and for import VAT a VAT registration, plus correct HS classification and the right documents. We handle the import declaration end to end.
How do you avoid delays at the border?
We prepare the declaration ahead of arrival so goods clear into free circulation without waiting at the terminal, and we can pair it with Article 23 deferment so import VAT isn't paid in cash.
Can you classify my products and calculate duties?
Yes, HS classification and duty calculation are part of the service, so your customs data and duties are right from the first shipment.
